Then if it was big enough to know the earth out of orbit then it would probably just wipe out all life on earth and make it a big ball of death and chaos!

If that happened, then there'd probably be no more life on earth either because of the shock of the impact or the debris created from the impact. And maybe a part of the earth would break off...

To knock use out of orbit we would have to be hit by a planetoid of substantial size.

Anything else would be a very big owey.
