Look for a job without telling your old job. If you find a job that's better than the one you've got now, tell them you need two weeks, then give your old job two weeks notice.

unforrunaltly no one can tell you to get a new job. Its like the old saying 'you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink'.

When you are sick and tired of being sick and tired you will find motivation.

When you put you first and not the ppl at your present job, you will have the motivation to move on.

My eldest daughter has been burned out at her job for months and kept telling me she was going to quit and move on, but always was afraid of the 'confrontation' involved. I kept talking to her and told her if she was not at her best how could she be there for her clients. She would get into a tizzy fit because others at her job were slacking and expecting her to pick up the slack, or would want her to work bucco overtime and not be flexible when she had a class. Finally she realized one day when she almost blew up at a child, that she needed tovmove on for her own mental health. She wrote a letter of resignation and presented it to her employers stating that for her own growth and well being she needed to move on now and gave a two-week notice and volunteered to work a week at the end of the m0onth while the house parents went on vacation. She recieved such a warm and comforting response that she came home and cried for about an hour. Saying she didn't expect to get that much respect for taking care of herself.

I suggest you look deep inside and find the reason you feel you need to move and baby yourself and use it. Its ok to move on to another part of your journey.
