She might be the one that is going around and telling everyone. Cause most people have conscious and think what they are doing the other person is doing also. SO keep that in mind. If she is blaming you for something and you know you are not doing it then maybe she is.....

Well has she heard anything you've talked about to each other in confidence from someone else?

If she has, then find out if she has told anyone else other than to you.

If she swears that she hasn't and you know you haven't said anything, then have her tell you who the person is or have her take you to them. That way you can discuss w/ this other person w/ her as a witness to who told them or how they found out what it was that the 2 of you only should know.

If this doesn't work, then you may have to take a really long look at her. This may be a pattern that will continue. She may be really insecure or possessive which isn't a good thing either way. It could become worse.

She probably was done that way in a previous relationship! It's hard to get past that, maybe there are trust issues facing your current relationship now, address that first and make sure you both trust one another and assure her that you are not doing this, if she persist you will always have this issue, nothing will stop her from these thoughts

You know i think she might be trying to cover for herself maybe shes the one going around telling her friends what you and her talk about.

She probably been through that in a previous relationship explain to her that you ain't and leave at that

And if she really is ur friend, she should believe you. She should trust you.
