If you have a cool skin tone a dark brown,maybe a chocolate color would look good. If you have a warm skin tone you can pull off a caramel or honey tone. Since you have brown eyes they are neutral and should look good with any color. If you are not sure of your skin tone hold different colors of fabric up to your face, if you look washed out, pale or brassy it is not your tone. If your face lights up than that is the one.
