  • Consequences of a second misdemeanor in less then six months?

What are the consequences of alcohol/marijuana (small amounts)possession and another misdemeanor for having alcohol (small amount) in the trunk of a car on a community college grounds?

None misdemeanors are on the record yet.The 2nd misdemeanor was a bottle of alcohol in two bags in the trunk. The police searched the trunk because the driver forgot his license at home in rush for a class. Anyway what are the possible consequences.

Also the first misd. the search occurred due to undercover police at the scene assuming the person was drug dealing only because men were trying to sell street CD to him. Although this has nothing to do with drug dealing, they still made assumptions and decided to search his car.

So what can happen? Both alcohol did not belong to him since he doesnt consume it, but I understand hes responsible for it by law...
