Anyone heard of NYLC, I am attending it this weekend?
I got a scholarship paying for the nylc trip-national young leaders conference in washington d.c.,so if anyone here has attended it or knows someone who attended it can you please tell me about it. I am really excited for it, but I still am a bit nervous of what to expect there.

I attended years ago and it was a lot of fun. You will do some sight seeing which is cool. There will be a lot of group work where you break into groups and discuss things and listen to speakers. Do not be nervous - there is no pressure what-so-ever. Just enjoy the experience and learn as much as you can. You would not have been nominated if you were not capable. Good Luck and Enjoy!
