I want couple of questions answered about the Supreme Court in U.S.A

1)how are the justices selected

2)who the justices are

3)the kinds of cases heard by the Supreme Court

4)how the justices decide a case using legal reasoning

    1. They are selected by the President and confermend by the Senate

    2. Chief Justice: John Roberts Associate Justices: John Paul Stevens, Antonin Scalia, Anthony Kennedy, David Souter, Clarence Thomas, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, and Samuel Alito

    3. The case that are heard from the Supreme Court are cases that resolve a conflict in Federal law or the constitution, cases that departed from the accepted and usual course of judicial proceedings, and cases that conflicts directly with a previous decision of the Court.
