The first song recorded song with the f-word was "The End" by The Doors in 1967 although it's hard to make out. The song which emphasized the word was "Kick Out The Jams" by MC5, recorded in 1968.

The first one I can recal is the song by The Who called : Who Are You. It's the song the televison show CSI opens with. Strangely enough they leave out the F-word.
