I took my PSP to school and it was stolen. I know who took it but he won't admit anything. Any suggestions?

IMPORTANT: READ THESE DETAILS: OTHERWISE YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO ANSWER AS WELL AS YOU COULD: What happened was I let this guy borrow it. Afterward when I asked for it back he said my friend had it, and gave me a fake phone number. I asked my friend and he said he had never had it.

Now after the end of school I was able to get the guy's number and I talked to his dad. He said that the guy had one already, and that my friend (same friend as before) had it. I wanted to call the police but my mom will not let me. I live in Louisville Kentucky. The guy's name is Brice Armour. He lives in the Partridge Meadows apartments off of LaGrange Road in Lyndon. If you could help in any way please do!

    1) how old are you? If you are a minor, why are your parents not involved? Get them to go over to this guy's house with you and get the PSP back.

    2) If your parents won't get involved (and again, you are a minor), you need to get an adult involved who can help you straighten this out. The reason you need to get an adult involved is because this Brice Armour guy doesn't respect you nor does he feel that you are in a position of authority over him. He isn't going to just give it back if you keep asking nicely but if you get adults involved then you'll have better luck.

    3) If he won't give it back you need to report it stolen. Yes, with the police. Not sure that will actually get your PSP back quickly but it might scare him into giving it back voluntarily.

    4) Stop loaning out your things to people who are obviously not friends. Sorry, you've probably heard that 100 times.

    Good luck!

First, do not put peoples names and address on the internet. What makes you think you should be able to do this? I hope this is not a vengeful person or you could have all kinds of crazy people showing up at your door.

Second, How old are you? (rhetorical question) I don't generally tell people to blow off what their Mom says, but if you are really that ticked off you should find out what you can legally do about it. No, I am not saying sue him. But, can you file a police report? Call your local police non emergency number. They should be able to connect you to someone who can answer this. No that may not get it back. But, it will put a mark on his record.

Third, be more careful who you let borrow your stuff. Especially, if they are not some you are sure you can trust.

Lastly, good luck on getting your PSP back. But if you do not, remember people always get back in life what they dish out.

call the police. They likely is purely no longer waiting to do some thing in spite of the indisputable fact that it is properly worth a shot. in the journey that they could no longer help then bypass kick that youthful toddlers a$$. in case you get yet another psp do not ever let absolutely everyone borrow it. they're too extreme priced to be passing round.

Why won't your mother let you call the police? Yours is probably at one of your local Christian Pawn Shops. If by some slim change the Pawn Shop is not owned by Some Cop or Deputy Sheriff. You stand a slim chance of getting it. You may have to buy it back for the price the Shop gave for it plus interest compounded per second at 9,000 A.PR.

Or if you are a minor, get him alone and knock him on his ***.

Might I suggest you confront him?

And attempt to persuade your mother, don't call the police, but call their hotline (not 911) and ask what you should do.

Also, its very irresponsible to take your PSP to school...but i'm sure you have already heard that shpeil from countless persons

Walk up to him and without saying a word punch him right in the mouth. What happens next is for you to find out.
