its possible - but you'd have to know which parts of your body had which DNA. if you knew that, then both strains of your DNA would be on file and they'd have better luck finding a match.
there was a show called "i am my own twin" on and one woman had different DNA in her kidneys than in her hair and saliva.

If you are refering to a condition caled chymera it depends on the crime you commit. You could also get caught by other means than dna
