It is never safe to have unprotected sex. Assuming we're ignoring the plethora of sexually transmitted diseases out there and focusing entirely on the risk of pregnancy, the answer is still no.

Ovulation (the period during which a woman may become pregnant) can occur at nearly any point in a woman's cycle, and sperm can live in the body for up to 3 days. Since the most common (but by no means standard) point during the menstrual cycle to ovulate is 6-8 days after a period has ended, having unprotected sex during, say, the middle of her period could leave a deposit that puts you at a very high risk of becoming a father.

If you absolutely feel you cannot wear a condom, you should both get tested for HIV and use an oral contraceptive...of course, it's much faster and easier to take the safest route and go for the condom. Good luck.

Imagine for a second how horrible a condom feels for the couple of minutes you are having sex. Then imagine how horrible it will feel to hear your having a baby, and how long that child will effect your life and your daily activities... it is NEVER safe to have unprotected sex, getting pregnant is not an exact science. Think with your bigger head!

Pregnancy is not the only issue to be concerned with when considering unprotected sex. Surely you've heard of all the STD's out there?

YES.. u r safe for 10 days after starting menstral cycle

  • ive been told that its the worst time to have sex because her egg is dropping through her falopine tubes and if one of your little guys happens to like her little egg she could have a tubal pregnancy and there is no way the pregnancy will go through all the way and if you dont catch it in time it will blow up and it could kill her. my obgyn told me the most fertile time for a female is when they are on their period other then that its 1 week before and after her period.
