It depends on what the ccj is - If it's financial -then why not ? He can go where he pleases, if it's to stay out of the country then no! lol

    Good Luck

ccj, civil debt , is not a criminal conviction, but will make it impossible for him to get any type of credit other than what he has at the time.

Some countries do not allow felons to enter, such as Canada. If your friend is not a felon, he may be OK to go. Contact the Indian Embassy in Washington, DC for the best information.

Can't see why not as, as far as I know, CCJ's do not impose travel restrictions.

    Should not be problem.

A CCJ is not a criminal conviction.

County court is the civil court not the criminal court so no.

However it will affect his credit rating and his ability to get loans, mortgages etc in the future.

If I am being honest I'm not sure, but to get advice on this go the Citizens Advice Bureau, they will be able to help you. Good Luck and enjoy your holiday. :)

I shouldn't see why not. Nothing to do with Greece is it.
