WDF is going on here?

I rated my third or fourth answer and it said I reached my limit. Has this happened to anyone else? Yahoo needs work.

    OMG thats happened to me too...I went to Yahoo Answers support and suggested improvement (which is probably not effective anyway)

    yup. i too, had a day that i couldnt rate more than like 5 answers, i dont really bother rating anymare.
