Why do Dictator-led countries like North Korea always try to stir up trouble with the rest of the world?

It is never enough for the power-mad to control only some of us, or even most of us. Also, relative freedom elsewhere poses a constant threat to the dictatorship; thus, international borders (*cough* US/Mexico *cough*) and communications are closely monitored. There's always tension between tyrants, even while allies (like FDR & Stalin), so it's inevitable that serious problems pop up among authoritarians, such as the Cuban Missile Crisis.
Turn MLK's quote around if you want to know how bureaucrats think, including the do-gooders in your own backyard: "justice anywhere is a threat to injustice everywhere". A little bit of freedom, which is all we have left, can still go a long way to inspire and facilitate change-- if Americans finally become the "imperialist scum" decried by generations of Soviets, what free place remains in the world?

I guess they have a different look on the world.....I once read something and agree to it.....N Korea sees countries with nuclear weapons, and the US does not invade them for the fear of them going off.....I believe that they think if they get a nuclear weapon, they will have the bluff on us.........

Because they are power hungry. Their own country isn't enough to dictate over!

To get attention so that people will take them seriously and help them out instead of ignoring them all the time.
