I'm not 100% sure, but it may be the highway that will start from Laredo, TX (currently HWY59) and head all the way up to the Canadian border. No joke but i believe it will be IH69 when completed. This is being done to give more of a direct route for imports/exports

It's a highway that will extend from Mexico to Canada and cause Americans to lose their jobs because trucking companies in Mexico will get the trucking jobs for less money.

It is another law that gives away American jobs to Mexican workers, but from across the border this time. It was just another way for the bleeding hearts in America to chop off their noses despite their faces..
