when a question is put to the vote what happens if the vote is a tie?

    It stays in tiebreaker mode until someone else votes for a answer thats got it tied.

    Then there just isn't any best answer, at least not until somebody else votes for a certain side to make the vote uneven again.

    The vote stays open in 12 hour increments until there is a leader.
