Tell an annoying neighbour that he shouldn't bother you everyday, but he's welcome to visit when he's invited?
My neighbour came to introduce himself the other day and invited me over for coffe. Red lights flashed and I sensed that he does'nt take no for an answer, so I went over for coffee, before he came over and I can't get rid of him. Ever since then when he comes from work, he comes to visit. I have explained nicely, that he still isn't a friend yet, and that we shouldn't overdo it, and that I really do not want him as a boyfriend, and that I soon get board with people by seeing them everyday, but hey, he still comes knocking... so now when I don't want to answer the door I don't and I have to be a crawler in my own house.

Put the request of him not coming around in writing. Keep a log of dates/times when he is bothering you and then present this to your landlord. This sounds like he could become a real problem if he is not respecting your wishes. You have tried to be polite, it is time to be blunt. The reason I say put it in writing is so that you can prove that you have addressed it with him and your landlord does not think you are just being a complainer. If the landlord does not handle it and the harassment continues file a complaint with the police. It is important that this man knows you are not playing with him and you expect him to respect your wishes of living in peace and solitude. It sucks when someone invades your space!!!!

since he needs to be told again, you should.
