You lost me on this one. Coaxial connectors are by definition round. I don't know where you would find a flat one. What are you planning for getting it through a sliding door? Do you mean through the edge of the door where it closes? Through a hole in the frame? Or are you planning on going through the door?

No such thing. Drill a hole in the frame of the door.
