Free video calls to a PC from a Macintosh?

I have a Mac and an iSight webcam. I wanted to use Skype to call friends and relatives in far-flung corners of the world, but Skype doesn't support video calls by Macs right now. I also tried to use SightSpeed, but it doesn't support the iSight camera. I have MSN Instant Messenger, but, again, it doesn't support video for Macs. Seems like the only software I can use is iChat? Is that really true? And if so, how do I communicate, via webcam, with PC users? How can this be so difficult?

Update:

I know that there's a beta version of Skype for Mac that supports video calls, but there are warnings posted all over the net that it's buggy and will crash your computer and cause you to lose data. I've been a little leery of downloading it, not least because my computer is a work computer and I don't want to risk any work files, you know?

Edit: Seems someone beat me to it, but for those interested, here is my answer on iSight and SightSpeed compatability

SightSpeed supports the iSight camera. Many of my friends and coworkers use it regularly! You may need to *close* iChat (and all other applications that use the iSight) so that SightSpeed can use the camera.

Applications tend to take require full control over the camera in order to properly function and thus not not share them with other applications. SightSpeed tries to play as "nicely" as possible with others by releasing the camera when it is minimized.

    um...we support the iSight webcam.

ensure there are no other programs using the webcam (i.e. iChat, AOL, MSN, etc) & restart SightSpeed. That will make your webcam available for SightSpeed to use.

MAC users are asking for this feature on Skype everyday. They are releasing their video upgrade shortly. You can google the non-official beta release of video for MAC.

But, the offical release should be out soon.
