In Pirates 2, how can the monkey never die when shot, since the curse was uplifted?
I saw the movie last night, and the monkey didn't die when shot...but the other characters could.

After the credits of the first movie, there is a little clip of the monkey going back into the cave and stealing a gold coin. Therefore, the monkey recursed himself. No one else was cursed, just him.

the other characters could what? die? how many others did you see in Pirates 2 that died? Not many.
Remember the end, and sorry I think I might be ruining it for those who haven't seen it yet......but a certain someone comes down the stairs after the Gypsy Witch says the crew needs someone who has been to the World's End...ie the otherside? It is colloquialism for someone who has died and come back.
The monkey I can see either stealing a coin from the Aztecs and restarting the curse on himself, as the monkey was still the exact same monkey....or the monkey is tied with that certain someone at the end of the film.
There is no clear answer on this as it was never addressed in the movie it was just a throw back from the first so that the audience would wow over it. Perhaps they will explain it in the third flick.

THIS IS THE RIGHT ANSWER. after the credits of the first movie there is an extra scene where the monkey steals a piece of gold, so the curse is put on him. ♥

i imagine you're conversing about yet another monkey Jack Sparrow shot. The monkey that replaced into attempting to scouse borrow the rag with a key image replaced into not an same as the different monkey that they were attempting to seize. yet i'm not particular.
