This is really yummy, quick, easy and pretty cheap to make. For a family of four:
1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 can sliced new potatoes
1 can ranch style beans
1 med onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
1/4 can tostios medium queso
1 pk Jiffy cornbread mix
fry ground beef, add onion and bellpepper, saute. Add beans and potatoes. put in casserole dish. smooth queso on top. prepare jiffy mix according to directions, then put on top and bake at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes (or until cornbread is done.

I love to make Chicken Fetuccini Alfredo and add mushrooms, green and red peppers and onion to the sauce, it is quick easy and delish.
