I found out today that my sister passed away. She had 7 children, 2 of the 7 from different men. I am not worried about the 5 she has with her husband as he is a great father and will take care of them. The ones I am most worried about is the 14 year old (his father is in prison and there is no family to take care if him at the moment) and the 5 month old baby - from what I have heard he is an alcoholic, violent drug user. He currently has the baby with him. I live in San Jose and she lives in Oroville CA which is about 2 hours from me. I am planning on going to Oroville on Tuesday to go to the courts and am hoping to get the baby and the 14 year old so I can raise them as my own. Can I get an emergency custody hearing for the baby? What paperwork do I need to file? I am so distraught at the moment and all I can think about is that poor little baby, it's making me sick to my stomach. I made a promise to my sister that if anything ever happened to her I would raise her children. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I plan on coming home on Tuesday with my niece and nephew.

I have been having severe right shoulder pain for as long as I can remember. It feels like burning and stabbing and my neck and shoulder feel really tight. Now it is painful when I move my arm. I take a ton of Ibuprofen and I am icing it all the time. My doctor has decided to finally refer me to an orthopedic doctor. Does the DDD have anything to do with the shoulder pain? I have a very high tolerence to pain and I am miserable. This shoulder pain makes my back pain seem like a walk in the park... I have no idea what will happen once I see the orthopedic doctor. I am afraid that my doctor has let this go for too long and there is going to be damage that will require surgery ( I have seen her quite a few times for the same issue) . Any information, thoughts would be appreciated.

I love this game, it brings me back to my childhood. I have been playing this game and I thought it would come back to me but I got to level 8-4 and I cannot get to the main guy. It is like a maze and I always run out of time. Can any one tell me how to get to the head honcho? This level is the only one that is keeping me from sweet victory!!! Thank you in advance.

I have a cat she is almost a year old. Recently she started peeing on our laundry basket- with clean clothes in it! Now she is peeing on the floor and our house smells like cat pee, ewww! Why is she doing this, and how can I get her to stop?

p.s We clean her litter box everyday, and she has been fixed.

It is from the Diet Dr. Pepper commercial. It's not the one by Tom Jones. It's a bunch of humming, and the person in the song that says ya never know.. sounds like one of the muppets.

It kinda sounds like The Jackson Five... the only lyrics I can remember are, "Everybody.. (something something something something), whoaa whoaa ooo, Everybody (this is the beat if the song, da da da da dee) whoaa whoaaa ooo....

It's not on the soundtrack list... I have already tried that route.....

I have one and lately I have been having trouble starting the darn thing. The steering wheel will lock and then the key won't turn? WTF???

I just had the clutch replaced and now this! Does anyone know what could be wrong? The ignition, something internal. This will probably cost me another $900.00! Geesh!

I have been working for an Insurance agent/broker for over a year now. I am NOT making very much at all... (less than $14.00 an hour) I pretty much do everything, except quotes.

I recently went and passed the State Exam and am now a licensed insurance agent/broker which means I will be able to do quotes and enter policies as well as discuss different insurance options. My boss said once I had my license he would give me a raise... Still waiting.

How much should I be making? What is the fair amount for me to ask for?

When your transmission is going out? I have a 2001 Ford Focus LX 5speed. Lately it has been really sluggish when excelerating, and last night I couldn't get it to go over 60mph on the freeway. It sounds like the gears aren't shifting..

I am actually hopeing that it is the transmission because I have an extended warranty on the car and that would be covered.

What do you think? Any information will be appreciated.

Do you know someone who has? I had my tubes tied when I was 21, I figured I had my two children and I didn't want anymore. Now I am married and would love to have a child with my husband (I am now 31). I have been doing some research online and the success rate seems to be pretty good in women under 40.

I would like to get some advice from women that have had the surgery, or if you know anyone who has had the surgery.

What was the outcome?

are in a 1.5 liter water bottle? I am on a strict diet and need to drink 80 to 100 oz of fluids a day, this includes coffee, tea, diet soda, etc.. I do not want to over do it , so I need to figure out how many ounces are in a 1.5 liter.
