Help with Super Mario Bros. for Nintendo - old school?
I love this game, it brings me back to my childhood. I have been playing this game and I thought it would come back to me but I got to level 8-4 and I cannot get to the main guy. It is like a maze and I always run out of time. Can any one tell me how to get to the head honcho? This level is the only one that is keeping me from sweet victory!!! Thank you in advance.

Okay... here goes.
Jump over the first fire pit and go into the third pipe (just past the second fire pit with the platform).
Go to the pipe that looks like it's suspended in mid air (there's a hidden coin block a mario-width away on the left side). Go in that pipe.
Enter the third pipe (just over the fire pit [watch out for the cheep-cheeps]).
Swimming stage- Get to the end of the area and enter the pipe.
Go right. I think there's a hammer brother there, but DO NOT GO INTO THAT PIPE (or you have to start all over again). Bowser is at the end of that section.

Aside from the one on the screen at the start of the level, the pipe you want to take in each section is the first pipe after the first pit.
