Where do I find the road signs made into art in Meadville,Pa?

    A flower garden of old road signs - April 2003

    Along US 6/19/322 near Meadville, PA there is a PennDOT maintainance facility where someone converted old road signs into giant flower shapes. The "soil" in the "flower garden" is made of chips of shredded tires.
