I wish the stupid reality TV craze would stop. Some of the reality stuff is interesting--Survivor, Amazing Race, Project Runway--the rest annoys the hell out of me.

Reality television helped me kick the tv habit.

    - now I play computer games, exercise, read, and clean house.

If normal tv ever comes back...I definately need more action, suspense, violence, and they can throw in a little more gore.

The worst thing that ever happened to the movie industry are those idiots that can't control their children so they complain about the violence instead.

i don't care about the making of a supestar singer...though Kelly Clarkson is a hottie...

i don't care who survives on what desolate island or who can eat the ickiest thing...

i want to see bad guys and girls that get obliterated by good guys and girls that aren't perfect...

i want the gratuitous sex scene...

I want the impossibly perfect female body...

I want the guy that fights with an arrow in his neck...

I want the gun that never runs out of bullets...

and I want blood splattered all over the camera lens...

    or... I'll clean house.

either way - It's all good

Yes, I think that the reality entertainment concept has run its course.

I still watch The Apprentice, American Idol, lots of designing shows on HGTV and DIY, Top Chef and Project Runway. But I also love drama and comedy, and I think reality has made it hard for dramas and comedies to be successful.

I happen to adore reality TV. Have you seen any of the good ones? Project Runway? Top Chef? They are very entertaining televison.

I'm still waiting for "The Simple Life: The American Revolution" but you know, all things in good time.

Wish it would, but the networks and cable are definitely going to keep pushing them. Why? Because they are cheap to produce - no actors, writers, etc. People are voyeurs, TV makes big bucks - yep, there will be more rather than less reality shows on the tube.
