Upper left quadrant of abdomen hurts. Could it be intestinal?

    Yes. That's where your large intestine takes a sharp turn downward, so if you've got some elimination problem going on, that's where you'll feel it.

    It could also be gall stones. If the pain doesn't go away or intensifies go see a doctor.

    I had the same problem; turned out it was my gallbladder.

    Had it removed, problem solved!! good luck

    Yes, it could also be you have a stomach ache.
