Are you happy & PROUD with the name your parents (or maybe grandparents/relatives) gave u?
Just curious.. ^__^ I know people who are proud of their names, like me, would love to answer this question! :) Just state your names and explain. [Don't put your family names anymore.] If u don't like your name, still write it in and say why you don't like it.
My real name is Kerzia, btw. The first syllable "Ker" is pronounced the way it is, but the 2nd syllable is pronounced like the French word "je". ^-^ It's unique, my friends love it, it suits my personality, (my mom gave it to me) and i cherish such a name. How about you?

Yeah, I love my name (it's Hope). I think it's a good representation of me because I'm really optimistic and am always telling people to look on the bright sides of things.
I totally agree with you that names can sometimes shape people's personalities. That's why I'm trying to stop someone in my family from naming her daughter Moodey! I told her that that's like naming your kid Grouchy!!!

I used to not like my name because no one else had the same name and all of the other people who did were old women or people who were different than I am in every way. My name is Sheila and now as an adult I am proud of my name, it's Celtic for musical. It represents my heritage and helps to give me identity. Be proud of who you are, I've recently been working on this and it feels great. You have a uniquely beautiful name, have a great day!

Happy? Yes; proud? Well, not particularly. I like my name: Ariel. It's pretty unusual, enough so that not too many other girls have it, but common enough so that people know what it is and how to pronounce it. (BTW I wasn't named after the Little Mermaid; I was born before that came out). I say I'm not "proud", not because I'm ashamed, I just don't think there's anything spectacular about my name to be proud of... I'm perfectly happy with it (although I do get a lot of Little Mermaid jibes).

very plenty so. For me, it is basically suited. i've got experimented with different names, yet they're by no means me. i do no longer also have a qualified puppy call from my spouse. I even am uncomfortable with my avatar call right here on solutions. i'm as extremely joyful as punch that my mothers and fathers did no longer provide me an exceedingly unusual call or a recognition that must be a pun or a comedian tale or the call of a few celeb. i'm very sorry for individuals who're so laden.

I absolutely HATE my full name (Maryann) and just use "Mary" which I think is just a little better. My mother had nice names (Samantha, Melanie, Melody, Tabitha and others) picked out until someone said "You are supposed to name her for a saint" (because she is catholic) so my mother combine two and I got stuck with what I got stuck with. I just really hate the name, it's so OLD and frumpy sounding, and was open to all kinds of ridicule from kids in school.

I love my name (both first and middle names). They're both unique and exotic sounding, and give a clue to my Eastern European heritage.
When I was younger, I didn't like it as much... they're both long, and somewhat difficult to spell (and in school, I was always having to spell them out to Teachers, etc....). But as I grew older, I learned to appreciate the uniqueness of them.

My name is Natalie, I really like it because it's really classic and sort of vintage. I was named in honor of a baby girl who died and whose parents were friends with mine. It's not terribly unique but I think It's pretty.

I love my name. I always hated it (and my fam for naming me it), but I like its unique-ness now. It's pronounced bil'-kees. (It's the Arabic name of the queen of Sheba)
