I accidentally hit "ignore" on some e-mails I don t want to "ignore" in the future. Is there a way to see what e-mail addresses are on that list?

Example: So far, the church my parents attends has collected over $5,000 for "snow removal" with no snow on the ground.  If they do not spend all of that on snow removal this year, does it get saved for next year, so the followers don't have to give again?

Or do they collect again anyway?

Air Condition (In summer, and the only place I know of the gets a bill for "air condition, everyone else covers it with "Utilities")

Heat (in winter, again, the only place I know that gets a separate bill for "heat", everyone else covers it with "Utilities")

Major Repairs (Weekly)

Minor Repairs (Weekly)

Flowers (General) (Weekly)

Whatever holiday it is flowers

Clergy Retirement Fund

Now they are collecting for "Snow removal" - 2nd question -If we get little to no snow this year, do they save it for next year? Or collect more next year?

You cannot say they use the weekly collection for any of the things listed, since there are separate collections for each of those thins (the envelopes rotate so one week you give "weekly" and one or two of the other things)

You can't say "charity" since if the have a charity to "give" to they add another collection.

So where does all the "weekly" and "monthly" money go?

It doesn't look like a pleasant ride, trying to keep from sliding due to the tilting.

1 - Raises for other departments (after all had reviews) but not customer service

2 - Other departments are short-handed or backed up, customer service has to do their work for them, in addition to their own. Customer service is backed up or short-handed, no help given.

3 - Sometimes customer service is short-handed or backed up already, and still has to help other departments.

4 - If customer service (c.s.) needs info from another department, c.s. must do as much as possible to make it as easy as possible for the other department

5 - Other departments can speak to c.s. however they want, c.s. must be polite in return

6 - If customer service needs info (for a customer) from another department, that department can take their time, but if the customer gets upset, only c.s. is accountable.

7 - If the other department needs something from c.s, it must be done immediately. If a customer is upset that they had to wait because c.s was doing something for another department, c.s is in trouble.

The list of how low customer service is just goes on and on!

I know it is not a lot. But it has a lyric:

My bookmarks are gone. I don't use "Sports" or "Finance" tabs, but I am stuck with them and cannot put the tabs that I did use back.

I use the latest version of Firefox.

There is no bookmarks button. There is no settings button.

So, what is the point of it now?

The company I work for is saying we have to send out picture out to customers (some that we never even spoke to or heard of). I told them I am not comfortable doing this. I was never told this when I took the job six years ago, this i something new. Can they force you to do something so personal like that?

Example: Who decides who says "mother _____" and "sister _____" when speaking to each other? Is it by rank in the family? Or age?

When I look at the dscription for some movies on the Comcast TV lineup page, it says something like "Rotten Tomatoes - 65%" Is it come type of opinion poll? If so, how do you get to place your own vote?

Examples: The place I work for has offered health insurance to other departments, but not customer service.

If other departments just do not want to do extra work, that extra work is dumped on customer service, no choice given.

Other departments can have perks customer service doesn't have (like leaving early for bad weather, or taking extra days off around holidays) but customer service can't have perks other departments don't have.

You do realize, that with nobody to do customer service, you would have no need for the other departments, don't you?

Are you more annoyed if a person from the US calls (at my job we do business to business type customer service) and just speaks English right away, or if they ask if you speak English? I ask because I usually ask if they speak English, and the answers (usually from European countries) range from a casual "of course" to a somewhat offended sounding "yes". (This is when they answer in their own language) Of course, there have been some that don't, when I call Central/South American countries.

It keeps saying that it is "installed" but it is not there. When I click the button that says "installed" it tells me to pick a device to install it on. Then I get the message that it will be installed shortly, but it never happens.

I have two cats and a problem with these little bugs that keep gathering on/somehow getting in through my screens. They usually come inside then cling to the screen. I'd like something that will keep the bus away and be safe for cats. A commercial product or home remedy, whatever works and is safe.

I have noticed that in their live videos. Why do they do that? Is the drummer afraid to face the audience?
