Zilch, as they didn’t really exist back then.
A few very privileged individuals had access to radiophones which were really just clumsy two-way radios. Even in the few cities and towns where they worked they had a very limited range and appalling call quality in terms of transmission and reception
Proper carphones for the masses didn’t really start to appear until the mid to late 1980s..
