20-30 total fat grams for a woman and 30-40 for a man (daily)

Under about 20 grams saturated.

Well my friend who is brest feeding was told a healthy amount for a normal person is 2000 calories

60-65g is your rda (a = allowance = max) for fat (depending on your size/activity). anything under that is better!

hardly any.. you dont want any transfat.. saturated fat is ok in very small doses..
