How can I Stop Groundhogs from moving in Under my house?

I recently had a problem with a groundhog getting in our car engine and chewing some wires and breaking the radiator. I know it was a groundhog because it was still sitting under the hood when we opened it. Anyway back to my Question, this groundhog had burrowed under the house we caught it and released it in the country we filled the hole and put moth balls in to hopefully detur them but 2 days later the hole was back and the moth balls were out. so far we have caught and released 4 groundhogs. How can we stop them from coming back to the hole under our house? We dont want anymore destroyed cars!

Groundhogs (also known as woodchucks) are a huge pain in the third point of contact! I had twelve of them in my yard until I started to use a massive amount of mothballs. I threw them in their hole and buried them around my plants. There is also a repellent that works well. I attached the files for you that I found very useful. Good luck!

all that you need to do is take a garden hose and a shovel, find one of his entrance holes to his house, then with some one ready with the shovel when the gopher comes running out kill him with the shovel.
