If by all, you mean everyone in the world, then your answer is no. You could probably make a script that would try every possible email address combination, but that would be impractical. Also, a lot of email providers have a flood control set. This means you need to wait a certain amount of time between sending emails. This would cause it to take an extremely long time to test every email address combination.
