Is the Bible your moral basis?

It's morally wrong to do those things. Morality is best taught with reference material and the Bible is an excellent choice.

I try to live my life in a way that does not bring malicious harm to others. That includes cheat, steal, murder and rape. But as a father of children, I understand the need for loving discipline, which sometimes means a swat on the rear.

The Bible has a lot to do with it but it's also that those things hurt other people and the last thing I want to do is intentionally hurt someone. The Bible has excellent morals which to base your life off of whether you believe in God or not.

Moral depends on where you come from, grow up. Do not forget moral is teached by your parents and people in your social circle. A bible is no guarantee for good moral. Therefore what is good and what is bad?

It is because when The Holy Spirit flooded my soul and Jesus came into my heart all I wanted to do was please The Lord. We should all be greatful to our Lord for all He has done. Jesus loves you.
