What would you serve with Tilapia, I already have a brocolli Side, what else, please no rice?

    you could serve butternut squash (seasoned with butter/margarine). you could also serve sweet potato... boiled and mashed with butter/margarine and seasoning. if it is a more informal meal, you could prepare sweet potato fries and salt them.

    I'm not sure what your preparation of the tilapia is... baked, broiled, "grilled"... what coating (breaded, lightly seasoned, etc). I would steam the broccoli to keep the nutrients and color (otherwise it gets wicked soggy).

    I'm not sure if you were avoiding rice to avoid starch... if so, try the squash. if you were nixing the rice just because it's bland, then try the sweet potato. it's different and tasty, too.

    Okay I had to go look up what Tilapia was and since it is a type of fish, and you already are having broccoli I'd say either Potatoes or carrots (steamed) or both with steamed pumpkin

    baked taters of course....lol wash the taters good and brush the outside with cooking oil. Then roll them in salt and wrap in foil. Bake in the oven for about 1 1/2 depending on the size. Enjoy!

    What about Couscous or tabbuleeh? you can get the pre seasoned and fast cooking kind at the supermarket,just add some cilantro and lime or pinola nut and Butter .

    What about a pasta? How about a twice-baked potato? or maybe just a regular baked potato with butter and pepper?

    Polenta hash with fresh veggies such as corn, edamame and bell pepper would be great.

    You might try some kind of pasta with Alfredo sauce.

    i would have pitas (with hummus) or just pita bread, lightly oiled, spinkle with garlaic powder and bake at 300 for ten minutes.
