When I try to uninstall the trial version of adobe premiere 2.0?
It starts to uninstall and then immedately stops. It continues to a screen that says wizard was interrupted during the uninstallation process even though I didnt do anything.

even when i immediately uninstall it doesnt work

The uninstall program is running into a problem. Maybe missing files. You might try installing it again and immediately uninstalling it.
