How many MLB players throw left-handed and bat exclusively right-handed?
I can think of one and he is a pitcher.
Good answers so far. The one I'm thinking of is Randy Johnson. Any others? For some strange reason, this is bugging me.

Seems there are a lot of pitchers that have done this currently and over the years, but some position players too.
Current: Mike Hampton, Randy Johnson, David McCarty (not on a big league roster that I know of), Chad Bentz (not currently on a MLB roster), Scott Sauerbeck, Ryan Ludwick (not currently on a MLB roster), Doug Davis, Jason Lane, Jason Christiansen (not currently on a MLB roster), Noah Lowry, Trever Miller, Matt White (not currently on a MLB roster), Tim Hamulack, Joe Kennedy, Cody Ross, Mike Gonzalez, Dave Gassner (currently at AAA), Eddie Guardado, Nate Robertson, Brandon Claussen. There may be a rookie that I have missed or someone that didn't play last year, but is this year. I think my answer is thorough enough.
Here are several from the past, there are much too many to list, just a few notables and HOFers.
Former: Rickey Henderson, Sandy Koufax, Rube Waddell, Eppa Rixey, Carl Hubbel, Mark Carreon, Brian R. Hunter, Hal Chase, Jimmy Ryan, Carl Warwick, David Segui, Jeff Abbott, Brian Lesher, Cleon Jones, Doug Ault, Rube Bressler, Johnny Cooney, Tommy John, Mickey Lolich, John Rocker (though I don't think he ever had a plate appearance since he was a closer), Eddie Gaedel, Jim Walkup.
