I don't have the money for a divorce I do have a full time job does a.anyone have a idea?

It is aid for people who cannot afford an attorney due to financial reasons. Yes they will help with a divorce if they have the funds but also you must both live in the same state.

If you don't have any children, real estate, etc. together you can go on line and they have a site where you can do a simple divorce yourself. It walks you through the process. I don't recall the name of the site but I've seen it before. Just bring up "divorce" and go from there. Legal Aid charges for legal help according to how much you can afford to pay.

Legal Aide is a group of lawyers that help you with many different things. They help you with anything from divorce to child custody. They work with people with little of no income. I went through them to get my divorce. They give you the paperwork and help you fill them out. They tell you how to go about filing the paperwork through the courts. Try the yellow pages and get quotes for a divorce. I have to pay for my divorce because I'm the one leaving and my husband refuses to pay. I went through the yellow pages and not only got free quotes but got free info as well. Like one lawyer told me that it would be cheaper for me to separate for 6 mths and then file instead of leaving filing and then waiting the six months. Do your homework i also got the cheapest quote that i know i can afford and this way since i have to wait the six months and then file i can save up.

If there are no children involved, you can get copies of papers to fill out at your county courthouse or library. Fill them out and file them! Legal aide will help if you qualify. Contact them and find out. If they won't, start saving..

If there are children involved, it will be much more expensive to go through the courts..and for that you will need a lawyer..

In the uk if you are amicable and there are no children, properties or monies, you can divorce in a county court for £150.00. legal Aid will only help if you are on benefits.

for 250.00 you can file your own divorce.you pay an attorney to draw up the papers.then you go befor the judge.you don't even have to have your other half signature.in texas it takes about 3 months
