Recommended Job Costing Software?

I am looking for job costing software suitable for a small structural engineering firm of 7 people.

We Require:

Logging of individual projects and the project details, such as what architect we are working with on the project.

Entry for estimated cost of the project.

Entry for individual engineers and drafters, or a form that will work to enter their name and how much time was spent on X project.

Entry for cumulative time spent on the project.

Entry for amount billable.

At the absolute minimum, these requirements must be met.

What product do you use, how long have you used it, and how much did it cost? Is the customer support friendly and responsive, or have they given you the run around? Is it user friendly, or will our employees require training?

Please include as many details as possible.

Update:

Just an additional comment;

The purpose is to make sure we are turning a profit on our projects. Currently we are estimating the amount of time required for our projects and billing accordingly. We aren't doing enough to ensure that we are billing for the amount of time actually spent on a project, doing inspections, and so forth.

Thanks for answers. Timeslips looks promising, but of course I would like to review a number of options before making a decision.

Update 2:

Thanks hun, but if we wanted something that custom, I'd program it myself. Appreciate it, though.

    I'd say Zonealarm Security Suite which is under 40. I particularly enjoy its an all in one tool. Has a firewall, anti virus, antispyware, anti spam. The anti spam integrates with Outlook Express so when u receive mail it just picks it phis-hing and spam easily. It possible to block adverts, pop ups and other annoying things websites do to track u. It has a parental control too. Most important, if you enter your precious personal information into Zonealarm it will warn you where the information is being transmitted to, which u can choose to Allow or Deny. I tried Mcafee and Norton. I don't like them, because they do not do the above effectively.
