Why are Christian Lebanese people begging for Israel to take out Hezbollah?

For that matter why are according to Free Iran radio , Iranian people (not the regime) asking for Israel to wipe out Hezbollah?

Update:

No the free Iran radio is funded by ex Iranians living outside of Iran

Update 2:

uncle osbert

i think it has to do with oppresion - like the people in Iran are oppressed by thier dictator regime the Christian lebanese are sick of the hezbollah terroristswhich are Iranian backed

I'm sure the Iranian people are scared to death of their leaders because they could cause a nuclear holocaust for them - so they regard any country that fights against its regime as a allie

Because there are eons of time in which the Christians and the Shiia (Hezbollah are Shiia BTW) have been fighting there. The more moderate Christians, Maronite and Druiz and in some part the Sunni Muslims would like to see the Hezbollah leave because of their influence and strong arm tactics in a country in which they are not native too.

well... that is our iranian radio station, so one of your answerers was correct in wondering if it might be our propaganda.

if these people aren't in lebanon, i can understand why they aren't begging israel to stop, but i am sorry for the citizens that are still being killed. i am not as concerned about the ones standing off to the side cheering on the bombers.

iran cannot cause any nuclear holocausts yet... everything i have read has said it's extremely unlikely that they have built anything recently. if they have any weapons, it's likely they purchased them illicitly from russia and therefore can't use them without being immediately dogpiled by us and europe. my theory is that if we push 'em real hard, we might get to see one when they nuke israel. they won't nuke themselves, they won't nuke us... if they have anything at all, i imagine they would use it symbolically and on the country they perceive to be the cause of their misery. the little one you could completely obliterate.

there are iranians unnerved by their government, but it isn't because he is threatening them... has he really done that? how are you sure of that?

Because Hezbollah are terrorists. Why do you think Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Jordon are somewhat supportive of Israel on this issue? They won't fight along side of Israel but the leaders of all of those nations support Israels right to protect itself from Hezbollah.

Hezbolah is Arab , Lebanon is Arab, Iran is Arab , Syria ,Palestinians, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iraq, united Arab Republic, and Israel all share the middle east history , the same father, Abraham the diferencia is in the religion, nada mas!l

Because the government of Lebanon has been held hostage by these terrorists. Lebanon didn't have the power to get rid of them. Israel is doing the world a favor.
