Gold's Gym Membership Cancellation?
How do I get this company to stop billing me? I cancelled my membership in May. I expected to be charged in June because they require 30 days written notice. However, I got charged again in July. I've been with them for over a year, so I have met all obligations.
Someone I know had the same problem, and never got a credit back from them.
How do I stop them from charging me, and issue a credit for July?
I think it really stinks!
Thanks

give your bank to instruct to cancel the direct debit. and threaten with damages and compensation to GOLDS GYM for charging without consent. it is a crime and theft. u can take matters further. and claim money and other expenses.
good luck

I have a friend who also had the same problem as yours. She gave up contacting Gold's Gym and instead simply called her credit card company and disputed the charge, with instructions that succeeding attempts to charge her card be stopped immediately. It's like once you signed up, you can never leave :o)

cancel your credit card and have them issue you a new one. or if its a bank draft or debit do the same. I have had to do that before.
