What would you do if the company you worked for...?
1) Shorted you on your pay check twice, 2) constantly didn't tell you things you needed to know about events going on, 3) you could never get an answer when there was a problem. I work security for a condo. I am the only one on duty. I haven't seen my boss in over a month and I haven't talked to him in two weeks.

Stop complaining and see the problems from your boss' perspective. Maybe he's too busy, or he thinks your job is easy. Consult another security that's more experienced than you are (from another condo). Compare and decide. You can always quit if it's not worth your while anyway.

I would be genuinelly pissed.. Well find out who is in charge of Payroll and get ahold of them. If they aren't paying you for the agreed wages I think you should contact the state attorney office to find out what recourse you have, and more than anything else there is probably another company out there that will hire you so try to get a job elsewhere. You don't need that crap. Good luck!

I would start looking for a new job. It sounds like you are working for incompetents.

Quit and sue, if you never got the money from your paychecks, but, above all, quit!
