I wonder if rhetorical questions need anyone to post an answer to them?

    i tried to answer with an empty screen but yahoo did not accept it , at least i have 2 points , now please pick my answer as the best so i can get 10 More points . i spent time typing didn't i , thanx

    of course not.... that's why they're called "rhetorical". They don't need to be answered, they're soul purpose is stating a remark in a more unusual way, and the person that asks it usually already knows the answer and gets annoyed if you try to answer it. But that's just it, right? Your question was rhetorical and you just wanted to see how many saps will answer it, huh? Well, I wrote all this @#$% just for the fun of it... wonder how many "answers" you'll get after I post this... Those guys must really be idiots, right?

    By their nature as being rhetorical, no. When God asked Adam, after Adam had disobeyed God's lone command. God asked, Adam where are you? Adam knew very well where he was, God was asking Adam to think about why he was hiding. It the same as a friend coming inside from a torrential downpour soaked to the skin, and leaving a puddle where he stands, and ask, Is it raining?
