Well, if you have chicken or fish, you have a little fat. The diet must mean no ADDED sugar, salt, or fat, which is a lot less restrictive. First, you should be able to have any fresh or frozen veggie except (fatty) avocado. You should be able to have any fresh fruit. If you cook beans yourself without salt, those would be good. Any whole grained cereal cooked without salt would do well. I'd use a lot of brown rice. Try: breakfast, oatmeal and bananas. Lunch- a salad with tuna, black beans, dark lettuce, tomato, carrot, and celery. Supper- brown rice, broccoli, broiled chicken, cantaloupe and pears. Or, supper, oven cooked salmon, baked potato, greens, watermelon, and oranges.

Well chicken and fish both have salts and fats. ALL fruits and vegetables have sugars. All grains have sugars and trace amounts of fats. All dairy has fats and sugars (yes, even "fat-free"). All meats have fats and salts. All nuts have fats. That pretty much leaves you nothing!

How about water? Fat in food is not what makes people fat. You can eat lots of "fattening" food and still be healthy and at average weight. You just have to balance it well with excersise and healthy food. Food that has no sugar, salt or fat , but has a lot of chemicals is not as healthy as all natural food. Long ago, people didn't know how to reduce the fat/carbs/calories/etc. in food, but they were much healthier than people today.

you can add seasonings without salt: Mrs Dash's has a huge variety, various peppers, hot sauces, defatted chicken soup for poaching liquid, lemons, chives, onions, tomatoes, limes, cilantro; broil, bake, poach chicken or fish; make a fish stew with a variety of fish: shrimp, clams, cod, tomatoes, cilantro, lemon juice, rice; chicken, get a whole chicken, leave skin on but put herbs in between skin and meat; cook as normal, remove skin, will leave chicken juicy and delicately flavored...
