Stomach Pain?
I have been nauseous for about 10 days now. With tightness in my stomach and lower abdomen. I thought I may be pregnant, so I took a test. It came out negative. Now the mystery remains about my stomach pain. I do not throw up all of my food. Since about a year & a half ago I've had panic attacks sometimes after I eat to much. I try to keep it in, I want to keep it in, but I can't. I've tried to call my friend when I feel like I'm going to purge. He tries to help and keep my mind off of it, but it doesnt work either. I throw up as soon as I get of the phone. I do want t stop, and I thought it would help if I told someone. I do keep most of what I eat down. I usually only get sick once a day. I feel like if I went to find prof. help they would laugh and tell me about people with real problems. Anyway, can the problems I am having be caused from this. I know throwing up can cause esophageal problems, could I have damaged my stomach and intestines, or is it phsyco symatic?

It's only been 10 days, so you're not going to damage anything in that short of a time. Many pregnant women throw up daily for the first 3 to 6 months! Since you mentioned it being panic attacks, that may be what it is related to, you know yourself best. Perhaps there's been some added stress in your life recently that brought this on?? I'd try to relax and let it go for awhile longer. Your fear is just making it worse. If it doesn't go away within a month, and you find yourself losing weight, then check with a medical doctor first. And no, they won't laugh at you. This is a real physical problem. If he can't find anything, he'll refer you to a psychologist.

I get alot of weird stomach problems myself & i've had the same prob as you too. Most of the time, it ends up to be related to stress. So, try to relax or somethin'... do somethin' you enjoy.. hopefully it helps. Have u considered seeing a doctor? He'd prescribe you some medication to stop the nausea.

acid reflux ailment ought to correctly be a conceivable reason. you should attempt taking antacid pills to make certain if that could help! in the different case, i truly am no longer particular what it will be? from time to time if there's a range of of acid on your abdomen diarrhea occurs...regardless of the very undeniable actuality that it will be something diverse? Drink quite some beverages and in case you want to be someplace and not using a bathroom take Imodium to help with the diarrhea.
