Don't listen to those idiots above me if you take care of your dreads they don't get matted,stink,or look nappy.i know because my dad has dreads and they smell really good he washes his hair all the time and it doesn't look nappy either. his hair looks like he just got them put in but he's had them for several years now he started growing them out when i was like 9 and now i am 14 so tha's 5 years.GooD LuCK WitH tHAT!@#$%^&*

P.S IF your gonna get dreads you have to wash them or they will look nappy and stink and you just can't neglect dreads just cause you want to be lazy and not take care of them!@#$%%^&*

Do you really want a head of matted hair? It stinks and most people with those kind of dreads have lice and other parasites. Good luck with that.

Type it into some search engines man. And have fun not washing your hair for four months ;)
