Please explain how I can add photos to the TEXT section of my 360 Blog? I know how to add the first photo before the text box, but need help adding photos to my blog text portion. Thanks.

Update:

Copying and Add photo to text does not seem to work. These photos are on my computer, in my Flickr and in my Yahoo folder...none can be added by copying.

Yes, you can, but you have to enter the code for the image. You need to first host your picture somewhere else. I use a free photo hosting at http://www.photobucket.com/

After you upload the image you want to use, then copy the URL of that image. You need to also get the height and width of the image as Yahoo 360 blog requires that information otherwise without the height and width, the picture will NOT show up.

    Use this code:

    <img src="http://www.pasteimageurlhere"/ height=100 width=100>

Just change the URL and numbers above to the correct information.

If you want it centered add:

    <center><img src="http://www.imageurl"/ height=100 width100></center>

If you want it left use:

    <p align=left><img src="http://www.pasteimageurlhere"/ height=100 width=100></p>

    Right:

    <p align=right><img src="http://www.pasteimageurlhere"/ height=100 width=100></p>

Before you paste this code in your blog post, you need to check "View HTML Source" and then put that code wherever you want to put it in the body of the post. Keep in mind if you do not know HTML after you type it, it may get confusing to know where to put it, so it is a good idea to put that code in FIRST, then uncheck the "view HTML source" and then type below or above the picture.

You can take a look at my blog post and see how I have done it:

    Hope that helps!

do you want to add multiple photos?if so...it is almost easy.

you have to see what height and widht they have. it shouldn t be bigger than 490 X.something..

here is a tutorial a friend of mine did for adding photos.

i recommend photobucket.com to upload photos, as it shows how big or small photos are :)

"First, you are suggested to open a Flickr account (if you want to move forward). FYI- I get nothing from promoting Flickr only that I get kudos for sharing and you learn how to display pictures on your blog postings using HTML.

(Note, I'm using Internet Explorer. So if you are using Mac PC with Safari as your internet server, you may find minor diferences, i.e. html box in "compose a blog" will not appear and/or edit options like smiley faces are missing from the compose blog page.)

    Let's begin...

Once you have an account with Flickr and you've uploaded photos, click on the photo/image you would like to appear on your blog posting.

When you click on an image e.g., you will get to this page (below), you will need to click on the menu item, "All Sizes" to get to the html source of the image.

Choose your image size by clicking the size of your choice. (Note, from my experience, I cannot seem to use the large option html for 360 blog, perhaps it is too big for a blog entry) Copy the html from the box below (see illustration below).

Note:You should have both your Flickr and Yahoo! 360 page opened.) On your Yahoo! 360 page, in My Blog, compose a blog entry. When you get to this page (see illustration below), check the "View HTML Source" before pasting your html image from Flickr

Once you have pasted the html, you can continue composing your blog or click on preview to do a test (or unclick the box for "View HTML Source"). Your image should appear. You can repeat the same steps for multiple images"
