Give a limited variety and be sure to include something he likes at every meal. If dinner is chicken and rice and he likes neither, include a veggie that you know he wants.

When introducing a new food, you should give it to him at least four times to get him accustomed to the taste.

If you know he dislikes messy foods, don't give stuff covered in sauce or gravy. Serve up noodles or rice plain.

Try healthy dips, cheeses and spreads to get him to eat raw carrots, celery, broccoli, etc.

Tell him that he only has to take one bite. Kids have no concept of time or amounts. If he sees 50 peas on his plate, that may turn him off. Put 10 peas on the plate at first.

Juice! If he won't eat fruits and veggies, try getting him to drink orange juice, cranberry juice, V8 juice, etc.

When all else fails, give him PB&J and a vitamin and you get a glass of wine and relax!

    Good Luck, mom!

First of all, is he healthy and not malnourished. If so, only offer him healthy foods at all times. If the family is enjoying the meal, put his plate before him and then the family should eat Don't focus on his eating habits. If he didn't eat it, take his plate away after the meal, he won't starve.

Try putting applesauce on everything. That worked for my daughter. It looks nasty but worked for us!
