I got a friend that has signed up for Pre Paid Legal it's a good opportunity for her to get ahead, but I wanna help her to acheive what it is that she's looking for, I need some pointers on what, where, and how to drive the people to see that this is a good thing to be in, and want to sign up for it

So when you say "signed up" the first time in your question, do you mean your friend became an "associate"?
And the second time you say "sign up" you mean to get people to buy the plan?
If my understanding is correct, then in my opinion the best thing you can do is get the plan yourself, use it. Then tell everyone you know! It really is that simple, (though not always easy). You could also become an associate under your friend and you can make money as well as her. It can be a win/win.
