What happens when you shine a laser pointer(650nm) through a glass of water?

And what is the technical term for the effect of the laser beam on the glass of water(and mirror)

[I'm doing this for my primary 5 science project and can't find anything on google]

Refraction happens because of the density changes between the air and the water.

Refraction through the glass of water (a denser material than air), reflection against a mirror.
