Does anyone know what the song "Dreadlock Holiday" is all about?

10CC's "Dreadlock Holiday" is a probably about a tourist going to Jamaica for the first time and being accosted by people who want to take advantage of their tourist status. The idea is that the visitor likes Jamaica and wants to be comfortable there, but the residents take the visitor for an easy mark.

I really like the song, too.
